170g Halloumi Cheese cut into 12 pieces
4 Thinly Sliced Streaky Bacon Rashers
2 tbsp Pesto
1 tbsp Olive Oil
25g Spinach Leaves
25g Rocket/Arugula
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar per serving
