A simple smoothie recipe full of gut loving foods. Adding seeds and nuts to your meals is a great way to increase your fiber intake. Here we’re adding flaxseeds which are not only suitable for those with IBS but some studies have shown that it can help reduce pain, bloating and improve regularity of bowel movements.

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (1-2 minutes)

40g Spinach

40g Blueberries

100ml Almond milk

50g Lactose-free yogurt

1 tsp Maple syrup

1 tbsp Flaxseed

Handful of Ice
